The Gaucho Grill, located on 11754 San Vicente in Brentwood, is one of several other restaurants belonging to a small restaurant chain that includes several locations in both the Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

The Gaucho Grill offers a nice taste of Argentinean dishes with a decidedly southern flare. Although the menu features traditional dishes, it also taps into contemporary ones as well. From traditional Argentinean steak dishes to European chicken dishes to flavorful grilled salmon, there is something for everyone.

The ambience takes on a rustic, southwestern flavor with low lighting, mirrors, and full, decorative arches. Even if it looks filled to capacity and crowded, step inside as there is quite a bit of seating in the back area. Window seats are often filled first and on nicer days, outdoor seating is available.

Since Argentinean fare features grilled meat as the focal point, most dishes here do so as well. In particular, grilled meats are the main centerpiece of featured dishes with steak and chicken being at the forefront of those. Hot and steamy sides include flavorful mashed potatoes, unique vegetable dishes, and salads. In particular, the house salads are popular for those looking for a taste of something decidedly on the healthy side.

This restaurant serves lunch and dinner seven days a week. From the basket of fresh bread with the olive oil dipping sauce to the main course, all entrees are reasonably priced. In fact, the menu features an entire array that includes appetizers, salads, sandwiches, side orders, desserts, and entrees of steak, chicken, or fish. House specialties as well as luncheon specials are also featured items. Plus, both beer and wine are available to patrons.
